At Impact, we encourage every new comer to commit at least 3-6 months before they begin to serve in any area. It is extremely important to us that we build a family type of relationship with one another. Life is a long journey; we want to enjoy this ride with you as a friend and as a family, not as a “worker”. If you like our culture that honors God and one another, we welcome you to get involved! Thus we very much desire to see your destiny (calling) being fulfilled in life through the involvement at Impact.
